TERMS OF USE

1 Scope and Acceptance

Users who visit the website or use the services offered through the website are expected to observe these Terms of Use to the extent applicable to their use.

Where a reservation is made or a transfer service is purchased, the Transfer Service Agreement and the Cancellation, Refund and Amendment Policy communicated during the reservation process shall apply in addition to these Terms of Use.

2 Purpose of the Website

The website is intended to provide information about transfer and transportation services, allow users to review available service options, submit price or reservation requests and communicate with the company.

Information published on the website is provided for general informational purposes. The exact scope of a particular service, vehicle category, route, date, time, number of passengers, price and other specific conditions become final upon confirmation of the reservation.

3 Reservation Requests and Confirmation

A request submitted through the website, WhatsApp, telephone, email or another communication channel does not, by itself, mean that a reservation has been confirmed.

A reservation becomes confirmed after the company checks availability and sends the customer a confirmation, reservation approval or voucher confirming acceptance of the booking.

Vehicle availability, service date, route, number of passengers, special requests and operational conditions may be taken into account when accepting a reservation.

4 Information Provided by the User

The user is responsible for ensuring that the information provided when requesting or booking a service is accurate, current and complete.

In particular, accurate provision of the following information is important for the proper performance of the service:

• Passenger name and contact details,
• Transfer date and time,
• Pickup and drop-off locations,
• Flight number and flight information,
• Number of passengers,
• Amount of luggage and any unusual or oversized luggage,
• Special requirements such as an infant seat, child seat or booster seat,
• Any other important information that may affect planning or performance of the service.

Additional operational, waiting, vehicle replacement or other costs arising from incorrect, incomplete or late information may be charged to the customer where applicable.

5 Prices and Quotations

General prices, promotional prices or sample rates displayed on the website may vary depending on the route, date, vehicle category, number of passengers, scope of service, waiting time, additional stops, special requests and operational conditions.

For a specific reservation, the price communicated to the customer and confirmed by the company shall apply.

Where a quotation specifies a validity period, the quotation remains valid for that period. Quotations without a specified validity period may be subject to reconfirmation based on vehicle availability and current operational conditions.

6 Payment Methods

Depending on the nature of the reservation, payment may be made in the vehicle, by bank transfer/EFT, credit or debit card through a POS terminal, mobile POS/Cep POS, payment link or another payment method accepted by the company.

The applicable payment method and payment timing may be communicated to the customer during the reservation process.

If direct online payment is introduced on the website in the future, the security and usage conditions of the relevant payment infrastructure may also apply.

7 Vehicle Images and Vehicle Categories

Vehicle photographs, images and model names displayed on the website may be used to illustrate the relevant service category and the general standard of vehicles offered.

Unless a particular vehicle registration number, make, model or specific vehicle has been expressly guaranteed for the reservation, another vehicle of the same or a suitable equivalent category may be assigned due to operational requirements, maintenance, breakdown, traffic, delays from a previous service or similar circumstances.

The primary requirement is to provide a vehicle suitable for the reservation in terms of passenger capacity and service standard.

8 Currency and Exchange Rates

Service prices may be determined in Turkish Lira, Euro, US Dollars or another currency communicated to the parties during the reservation process.

The currency confirmed for the reservation shall apply. Where payment in a different currency is accepted, the applicable exchange rate or payment amount may be confirmed between the parties at the time of payment.

Exchange rates, commissions or similar third-party costs applied by banks, card issuers or payment service providers may be subject to the terms of the relevant institution.

9 User Obligations

The user agrees to use the website lawfully and in good faith.

In particular, the user agrees:

• Not to provide false or misleading reservation information,
• Not to unlawfully use information belonging to another person,
• Not to attempt to damage the website or its technical infrastructure,
• Not to attempt unauthorised access, data collection, copying or interference,
• Not to use website content for unlawful or commercially misleading purposes.

10 Intellectual Property Rights

Trademarks, logos, designs, texts, photographs, graphics, videos, software, page layouts and other content available on the website may belong to their respective rights holders and may be protected under applicable intellectual property legislation.

Permission to browse the website for personal purposes and obtain information about the services does not constitute a transfer of intellectual property rights in such content to the user.

Unless authorised by the relevant rights holder or permitted by law, website content may not be reproduced, published, modified, distributed or used on another platform for commercial purposes.

11 Third-Party Links and Services

14 Conditions Relating to Transfer Services

The performance of transfer services, including matters relating to reservation information, vehicle allocation, waiting periods, flight information, no-shows, cancellations, refunds, amendments, luggage, child seats and similar operational matters, is separately governed by the published Transfer Service Agreement and Cancellation, Refund and Amendment Policy.

If there is any difference between these Terms of Use and specific conditions communicated and accepted for a particular reservation, the conditions specifically agreed for that reservation shall be taken into account, subject always to mandatory provisions of applicable law.

15 Scope of Liability

Reasonable care is taken to keep the information published on the website accurate and up to date. However, prices, routes, vehicle features, service descriptions and other content may be updated due to operational or technical requirements.

Users are advised to confirm information relevant to an important service decision before making a reservation rather than relying solely on general website content.

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits any liability of the company that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These Terms shall not be interpreted in a manner that removes any mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable law.

16 Consumer Rights

Where a transaction qualifies as a consumer transaction, the consumer's mandatory rights under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and other applicable legislation remain fully reserved.

Nothing published on this website shall be interpreted as a waiver by a consumer of statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived by contract.

17 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Use and disputes arising from the use of the website shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

In consumer transactions, the consumer retains the right to apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees, Consumer Courts and other authorities having jurisdiction under applicable legislation.

For disputes that do not qualify as consumer transactions and for which the parties are legally permitted to enter into a valid jurisdiction agreement, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of İzmir shall have jurisdiction.

18 Updates to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated to reflect changes in legislation, website functionality, reservation systems, payment methods, service scope or operational processes.

The current version becomes effective for use of the website from the date on which it is published. Acquired rights relating to previously confirmed reservations and mandatory provisions of applicable legislation remain unaffected.
